What we collect, and why.

Evior AI Inc. (“Evior AI”, “we”, “us”) is an AI consultancy based in New Brunswick, Canada. This policy covers our website, eviorai.ca, and the information you share with us through it.

We follow Canada’s federal private-sector privacy law, the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA). The owner of Evior AI is responsible for how we handle personal information. For any privacy question or request, email info@eviorai.ca.

We collect as little as we can. What we collect depends on what you do:

• When you visit. Google Analytics records how the site is used (see below). Our web host, Netlify, receives the technical details every website receives, such as your IP address, your browser type, and the page you asked for.
• When you send the contact form. Your name, email address, business name, and your message.
• When you book a call. The details you enter on the Google Calendar booking page, such as your name and email address.
• When you email us. Your email address and whatever you choose to write.

We never ask for sensitive information such as health details, banking information, or government ID numbers. Please do not send it through the form.

We use Google Analytics 4, a service from Google LLC, to understand how people use this site: which pages are read, how visitors find us, and what we could make clearer. We use it only to improve the site. We do not use it for advertising, and we do not use it to identify you.

How it works

When a page loads, your browser loads a small script from Google. It sets two cookies on eviorai.ca, named _ga and _ga_T4JPR81L96. They hold a random ID so Analytics can tell a returning browser from a new one, and they last up to two years. They do not contain your name or email address. This website does not set any other cookies of its own.

What it collects

• The pages you visit, and how long you spend on them.
• How you arrived, such as from a search engine, another website, or a direct visit.
• Some actions on the page, such as scrolling and clicking links to other websites.
• General device details: device type, browser, operating system, screen size, and language.
• Your approximate location (country, region, and city), which Google estimates from your IP address.

Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses. We never send your name, email address, or messages to Google Analytics.

Where it goes and how long it is kept

Google processes this information on its servers, which may be in the United States or other countries. Google Analytics keeps the detailed data linked to a cookie for no more than 14 months, then deletes it. Summary reports that do not identify anyone can be kept longer. How to turn it off

The site works exactly the same with Analytics turned off. You can:

• Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
• Block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
• Use a private window, or a content blocker that blocks analytics.

Our contact form is handled by Netlify Forms, a service from Netlify, Inc. When you press Send, your name, email address, business name, and message go to Netlify. Netlify stores the submission in our account and emails it to us at info@eviorai.ca. Netlify may also check submissions automatically to filter out spam, and the form includes a hidden field that only automated bots fill in.

A person at Evior AI reads every message. We use what you send only to reply to you and, if you want, to talk about working together. We will not add you to a mailing list or send you marketing emails unless you ask us to.

The “See available times” button on our contact page opens Google Calendar’s booking page in a window on our site. Nothing from Google Calendar loads until you press that button. Once it opens, that page comes from Google, so Google may set its own cookies and receive technical details from your browser, as described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you book, the details you enter go to Google and appear in our calendar, so we know who we are meeting and how to reach you. Google may send you a confirmation email.

We use a few established service providers. They handle information on our behalf, only to provide their service:

• Netlify, Inc. hosts the website and handles the contact form. Like any web host, it keeps server records (including IP addresses) to deliver pages and keep the site secure. See the Netlify Privacy Policy.
• Google LLC provides Google Analytics and the booking calendar. See the Google Privacy Policy.
• Our email provider stores the emails you send to info@eviorai.ca.

The site’s fonts and images are served from our own website, so loading a page does not send your details to a font or image service. We do not use advertising pixels, social media trackers, or tools that record your screen.

Being open about AI is part of what we do, so here is how this site was made.

• The code and words. We built this website with the help of AI coding tools: Claude Code, made by Anthropic, and Codex, made by OpenAI. Evior AI directed the work, reviewed it, and decided what went live.
• The images. The photographs on this site were created with an AI image tool (Sora, made by OpenAI). They are illustrations, not photos of real clients, staff, or places we have worked.
• The examples. The live examples on the home page are simulations that run inside your browser. They use made-up information and do not send anything anywhere.

These tools were used to make the site. They are not part of it. Nothing you type or do on eviorai.ca is sent to Anthropic or OpenAI, and there is no AI chat on this site.

• To reply to your questions and booking requests.
• To provide the services you ask us for.
• To understand how the site is used and make it better.
• To keep the site and our accounts secure.
• To meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations.

We use your information only for these purposes. If we ever want to use it for something new, we will ask you first.

By using this site with cookies turned on, you agree to Google Analytics as described above, and you can change your mind at any time using the options in that section. By sending the form or booking a call, you agree to us using your details to reply. You can withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us, unless the law requires us to keep something.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the service providers listed above, so they can do their job, or when the law requires it, such as a valid court order. If Evior AI is ever sold or merges with another business, your information could transfer to the new owner, who would have to keep protecting it as this policy describes.

Evior AI is based in Canada, but our service providers (Google, Netlify, and our email provider) may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Those providers are bound by their own privacy and security commitments, but while the information is there, it is also subject to the laws of those countries, and their courts, police, or government may be able to access it.

• Analytics: detailed data for no more than 14 months, as explained above.
• Messages and bookings: as long as we need them to reply to you and work with you. You can ask us to delete them at any time.
• Client records: as long as Canadian tax law requires, which is generally six years.
• Server records: kept by Netlify under its own privacy policy, for security and troubleshooting.

The site is only served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only people at Evior AI can open the messages and accounts that hold your information, and those accounts are password protected. We choose established providers with strong security practices.

No website or online service can promise perfect security. If a breach ever creates a real risk of significant harm to you, we will tell you and report it to the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, as the law requires.

Under Canadian privacy law, you can:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you, and get a copy.
• Ask us to correct anything that is wrong.
• Withdraw your consent, or ask us to delete your information, unless the law requires us to keep it.
• Turn off Google Analytics, using the options above.

To make a request, email info@eviorai.ca. It is free. We will reply within 30 days, and we may ask you to confirm who you are first, so that we only share your information with you.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada, toll free at 1-800-282-1376.

This website is for businesses. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you think a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

When we link to another website, such as Google or the Privacy Commissioner of Canada on this page, that website’s own privacy policy applies once you leave eviorai.ca.

If we change how we handle information, for example by adding a new tool, we will update this page and the date at the top. If a change is significant, we will make it clear on the site.
